This offering is ideal if:

  • You need emotional reset and calm.


Each session includes:

  • Brief check-in conversation
  • Guided meditation tailored to your current season
  • Gentle reflection afterward


This is not performance-based meditation. There is nothing to achieve. The goal is grounding, not perfection.


Sessions typically last 45-60 minutes to allow others to experience the same calmness. In person meditations are for anyone local. All online sessions are performed through Zoom.
